For the 16 years I've lived here, I have had great experiences with Prescott Modern Dentistry and mixed experiences elsewhere. I have written before about my excellent care received in the past but today, I would like to climb to the highest perch and proclaim for all to hear my gratitude for finding and working with the (relatively) new hygienist Saloni. She is a total professional through and through. Saloni, today, provided me with some of the best medical care experiences I have ever had in any medical setting. Despite the appointment just being a routine cleaning, Saloni helped to turn it into a master class on oral hygiene that improved my awareness, attitude, and (I hope) behaviors about my teeth, and, in particular my receding gums. This is my second cleaning from Saloni and in both sessions she impressed me. With this second session, with now some history behind us, we were able to review more the development of my gum issues and so we dove deeper into the science of gum disease and the methods of gum care. Saloni was outstanding in every way. Personable and professional. Patient and focused. Efficient and yet devoted to giving me the best, deepest cleaning I've ever received. She took the time (with a record-breaking a one-hour cleaning!!!) to give me the best cleaning experience I've ever had. While i have never had a cleaning experience at PMD that wasn't great, this one went above and beyond. And I learned a lot! As a professional educator, I can say that she is a natural educator herself. Clear, concise, able to explain complex topics in a way I could understand. She helped me understand far better than before what was going on and precisely how I should proceed to improve even more. With her calm, kind, clear demeanor and language, she spoke in such a way that I could receive fully what she was transmitting. I have written negative and positive reviews about "care givers" over the decades. And, like you, I've met some outstanding professionals but they have been scattered over time, place, and field. So, it is always a great pleasure to find someone who is so good at their job that they stand out and shine across the profession. Saloni is one such care-giver: A caring and giving individual who is a top professional in all respects. I couldn't be more contented about my experience today. Thank you.

They were able to get me in to see Dr. Brown in short notice. Everyone in the office were very nice and professional.
